5 stars: Love the app so quick and easy to use love the offers great to find plus size clothing that's beautiful and sexy as I'm a busty size 18. I pay for annual delivery works out cheaper quality of clothing great most sizing is accurate and returns are easy too. Love boo hoo love the models too you can relate to them.
4 stars: I was having trouble processing my order online on my laptop for days so thought I'd try the app. although I had to search everything up I at least still had the items in my wishlist and found them no trouble. There was no problem with the ordering process and was able to checkout quickly. Definitely more effective than the website, except the pain of only seeing a few things at a time
3 stars: The app is awful. Cannot process returns or find customer service contact. All links on website loop back into the app so it's a never ending cycle. Wish I never ordered.
