5 stars: The app quality is good overall but if y'all can develop something that allows us users to connect and access to it even when we're away from our homes, that would be the biggest breakthrough of this app. Looking forward for it to happen! (I said that because we've been having a hard time monitoring what happens at home sincw we need to connect to a common or same wifi network. So I hope there'll be improvements to come.)
4 stars: App works fine on my Pixel , can't find settings option to reverse pan and tilt on latest update, did you remove this option? If so , can you please put it back, it is useful. Haven't been able to get motion detection alarm to work but I could be doing something wrong. Overall a good app, thank-you.
3 stars: The problem that I am having with the app is when someone pushes the button on the video doorbell and quickly moves out of view the app does not let me record that moment when the person is in view, they can out smart the save record, download function. It would be ideal if it were to be able to grab the complete moment and maybe just a second beforehand.
3 stars: This is a good app for PTZ stand alone cameras. It allows for fast accurate movement. You can program locations to move the camera fast. Unfortunately, it is a bit unstable. It doesn't always connect and it will not stay linked to an NVR so cameras using this app cannot be part of a reliable system. For this I would give it one star but the other features are good ...
