5 stars: Edit: My syncing issues were fully resolved. Customer support was friendly, fast, thorough and communicative, it couldn't have been handled any better. I can get back to enjoying the game and story. Thanks! 👍 I was really enjoying this game, signed in on my Google account but when I transferred to a new device, my data wasn't restored and I lost all my progress.
4 stars: Does what it says on the tin. Yes the waiting can be tiresome but you can endlessly (so it seems) explore & obviously the higher your rank, the more you need to level up & some parts of the game require your character at a certain level to proceed. 4 stars,not 5? Noticed that after watching an ad to gain extra gems,experience etc.. the in game sound dissappears after you go back to the game, & doesn't return unless you reload the game.
3 stars: I like it a lot but there's an issue. It constantly glitches so that you get stuck on a screen with no way to get out of that page and go back to the main story menu. I keep having to back out of the app and
3 stars: to make it 5 stars, I would suggest getting rid of the plural, the s makes the game monotonous. Also reduce the 3 letter words, far too many and quests become a chore. Lots of words are not allowed. It is still a good game.
