3 stars: The application submission is not clear. And there should be a separate tab to show the submitted form
2 stars: There was no notification at all. Only found out passports were ready for collection when I did online application status check. Plus one passport photo was rejected, again only found out when I did the online status check 4 weeks after submission. Do you know how annoying that is? Why have the notification function if no one bothers to give update. This is not being efficient. Super disappointed with ICA.
2 stars: Please have a dark/light mode in settings. My phone is in default dark mode, in the app, the lettering, tick box & verification number are all in dark color fonts which I can hardly see. Have to switch my phone to light mode just to use the app. Thanks!
