5 stars: I gave a low rating here recently because I kept seeing ads even though I had paid for a subscription. But the application developer replied to me promptly, fixed the problem, and arranged for me to get a refund for the period of the problem. So I am giving them five stars again. It is a good and useful application.
4 stars: App is good, 95 precent of the time the caller identification is accurate, I do get the app from time to time to not show who's calling me, but it kinda fixes itself and that's why it's 4 stars and not 5
4 stars: Works great, the popup is a bit annoying it would be great if it disappears after a small time period
3 stars: I am so close to using this app as my dialer. The two issues bothering me is the inability to paste copied numbers into the dialer, and the lack of support for phone number links of the form tel:xxxxxxx which input the number into the dialer. Because of it I have to use another dialer which I can't use concurrently with this one. Fixing these will make this app my only dialer/caller Id app I use
3 stars: Definitely annoying at times as it can take over the dialer. To see caller ID when opening the app I have to go to names contacts and then names for the list to show.
