5 stars: Updated: The developer has definitely fine tuned this app. They responded promptly to my first review. Push makes it so much easier to navigate my hospitality schedule as I also work for other industries. The swap, and release shift functions are life savers and you can keep track of your work hours! App keeps on crashing. It was working great before. Have uninstalled and re-installed and it just wont open. Can you gius fix this bug?
5 stars: Absolutely outstanding customer service! After doing a update on my phone, I wasn't able to reinstall it, after trying everything. I emailed the company and they very quick on helping me fix the problem. Very responsive and helpful, I highly recommend, if any issues just email them.
4 stars: Great app, very helpful with notifying you about your upcoming schedule and any shift changes. Active and quick to respond developers. Recently it has been crashing when opening the app consistently. Other than that, it's pretty solid.
4 stars: pretty straightforward. sucks if you send the wrong shift, or release instead of swapping, it won't let you rectify your mistake. I usually just end up asking a manager to switch the schedule around. but aside from that little hiccup this app gets the job done
3 stars: Besides the weird glitch where it requests an update when you are in the latest version it worked fine. Up until today, they removed the ability to request vacation/ holiday pay. What happend? Why
