5 stars: I'm actually surprised to be giving it 5 stars because I read the reviews and they are terrible. I assumed it would be a horrible experience and planned to figure out another way to get packages. I tried it and have had probably 20 things delivered in a month and it's actually been very good. Maybe it's an area thing.
5 stars: I'm ngl idk why everyone is having issues. This app has worked fine for me. Always delivers just fine. Obviously don't get groceries through them, this is a package delivery app. Kinda thought people knew that lol. Anyways, good app. Keeps my packages safe. Delivers in a timely manner.
4 stars: I don't understand why all the negative reviews. So far, this service has been great for me. The only problem I had was one package coming ~20 minutes later than the time frame they gave me. Not a big deal.
2 stars: This service is trash. Forced to get it because of my apartment and their contract with fetch, but it adds two days minimum to your delivery time. On top of that, they will mark packages out for delivery, then reschedule. Absolutely worthless courier service. The app however, works really well.
