5 stars: Updated review from 2 to 5 stars. I previously had issues with setting and unsetting the alarm via app which was an inconvenience and service provided was questionable as no means of a confirmation email that my query was received. HOWEVER the issue has been resolved. Service was great and it turns out it was the sim card in the control panel needed replacing. Problem solved. Very fast in setting and unsetting alarm.
4 stars: service has been good. I had an issue with my fobs and they sorted the issue. it wasn't immediate as i had to wait about 5 days and the issue was batteries. when my alarm was triggered I received a call immediately and the customer service was great.
4 stars: Initially some teething issues. But all sorted now. The app is basic, but does the job. It allows you to activate/deactivate your alarm, view your images, camera, check your invoices and all the stuff as a customer you need to use the smart alarm. I like that I can do this from my app, super easy. What's not to like?
3 stars: It works, but I wish you could automate alarm settings on a schedule or depending on your location (leaving or coming back home). Currently it is only possible to set reminders, but you must operate the alarm manually.
2 stars: this app doesn't match the high standards of the alarm system. hopefully Verisure will spend some more time on development and bring this app more into the digital word and not rely on a fob system . the app constantly times out,...
