5 stars: I'm pretty sure if you're looking at ITEL you work with insurance and there isn't any other app to use. 5/5 due to being the only one of its kind.
4 stars: Good app for insurance adjusters. Could use some huge quality of life fixes like auto loading your info into the claim, saving your password and being able to use with no service.
4 stars: So far so good registration was quick. Roofing kit arriving sooner then expected. But I have not use the app yet.
3 stars: Works sometimes. Often it says no internet connection when I'm trying to submit even though I have full network and Wi-Fi and every other app on my phone is working.
2 stars: The system keeps crashing. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app every day I use it
2 stars: Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it doesn't even open you have to uninstall the app and reinstall it. I have a Galaxy s20 and it does not even work on that phone. I have to use my four-year-old phone to get this app to work properly. Basically a joke
