5 stars: Puzzles are great, love doing all of them. The only things missing for me are more available colours and the ability to have multiple colours in one spot, the same way it works in the videos you have on yt. Other than that everything is clean and simple.
4 stars: Update on 7/18: some improvements after app revision, but there are still issues with crashing and saving of progress. --- initial review: I like the new capability to have center and corner marks at the same time. That's a nice improvement to the previous version(s). Needs some bug squashing though: app crashed on me twice, it completely froze up once, and progress was not saved, so had to restart from scratch every time that happened.
3 stars: The new UI is terrible: 1. there's no longer the icon showing the variant of sudoku 2. for sandwich variant, there's no longer the option to quickly input 19, and for putting X you have to keep switching between numbers and tool. 3. no option to delete all colors / all X / all pencil marks. 4. traditional puzzle layout option doesn't really show the old layout, so there's no work around for the above issues.
