5 stars: It is really useful because you can reserve your cabify. You can know the price of ride and the location of your cabify too.
5 stars: Fast , cheaper compared to competitors, very straightforward and easy to use App.
4 stars: Sometimes the map does not update correctly and you have no idea where the driver is. That is a bit annoying as you think the driver is sitting still while he is actually hurrying and when you are in a hurry you can't take those risks if for example u need to catch a plane. This has happened a few times
3 stars: Overall, is not a bad app but definitely needs to work on their response time. I needed a Cabify urgent due to an emergency and it was taking so long that I had to request it from a different service.
2 stars: The issue with Cabify is that, in my opinion, they consistently underestimate the time it'll take to pick you up. They'll say a ride is a few minutes away and then you'll often have to queue and then you get a driver far away and pick up time is 4x what initially say. Been late a few times when I'd probably have still made it on time if I had just taken public transport
