3 stars: It's OK, takes a while to figure out if it's actually turned on cabin heating. Can't seem to schedule cabin heating twice in the same day for return journey. Doesn't show if car is locked or not, or location of car, unlike the app for my previous Volvo, so can't use aa a tracker for insurance purposes. If these could be added it would be much more useful.
3 stars: VERY slow to start. App still Limited in features. I need to know what electricity used to charge. I find the slow starting to be the most irritating aspect, however other annoyance is that it often shows Windows open and unlocked when not the case. Outage last week resulted in losing 2 days of driving data when I reinstalled with app showing a fuel refill when non occurred.
2 stars: Slow as a wet weekend. Useful for checking your van is locked etc but by the time the app has loaded it's usually quicker to go outside and check it manually. the subscription fee which allows you to lock, unlock, flash the lights or beep the horn is extortionate. interesting concept that may be of more use to managers of large fleets but to most an expensive novelty at best.
2 stars: The app is useful, especially on cold mornings but its just SO SLOW! It takes an age to open, it then doesn't always display the correct information. Also after an update of the cars firmware, the app is then unable to connect to the car until after you log in while inside the car. Only a minor inconvenience but another annoyance.
