5 stars: Excellent! That's how I will refer to my experience with this app. The call is crystal clear. Connection is quick. There is more than one payment option. I like that feature. I now have a replacement for Magic Jack as Rebtel rates are lower for international calls to the Caribbean and the voice clarity is much better. I totally recommend this App. The only negative was I didn't get the free minutes they promised at the beginning.
5 stars: Perfect app for unlimited international calls from the UK and a great alternative to EE's overpriced international add-ons. Customer service is responsive and promptly fixed an issue with caller ID not being displayed correctly on the recipient's phone. Very good experience overall, highly recommended.
4 stars: I love all the features, pricing, call quality and a life saver for me. But never used bluetooth in this app because it simply disconnects the call. Recharge packages could be updated frequently and adding SMS feature, would be nice.
4 stars: Service for the cost is great. just a pet peeve, at times there is a lag in sound, not too much to dislike the service but something noticeable and worth fixing for Rebtel.
3 stars: The rebtel app is a bit buggy. When I open the keypad then close it, the keypad overlays over the phone screen, making it difficult to access any button below like the speaker button. Besides, when I switch between Bluetooth mode and speaker mode, the call suddenly cuts off.
