5 stars: The UI is pretty easy to use even though I do need some time to figure out what to do. If it's a VERY emergency situation (my kWh meter blew up and sparked fire), I suggest you to just call 123 (there's a button in the app to call 123). Because I couldn't find the correct category for my emergency situation. I'm thankful for the quick response from the customer service and the task force.
5 stars: The UI is well designed and clean compared to the previous version. Some graph/information of usage history for meter prabayar are not shown, and TDL/tariff adjustment for each 'golongan tarif'. Also need improvement in managing the data privacy. Look forward to see the next upgrade
4 stars: New improvement is sucks, login using phone number, but dont get sms for otp, resend until 5times, still dont get sms for otp

2 stars: Payment system is not easy enough Why not adding like a deposit or bank transfer not just binding account for auto debit system. 😑
