5 stars: DIY Excellent experience. In the past you need to make a phone call to support/confirm your booking. The recent booking for my daughter's flight to Winnipeg took less than 5min to scan for cheap flights and got ticket confirmation in less than 30min after payment. All seamless. Much improvement...

2 stars: No room to choose diffeent class of ticket on a trip. For intance, I may choose to mix Economy and business class on a trip, this apllication doesn't give room for such. Travel Statt Team are very slow to responding to complaints from customers particularly via WhatsApp.
