3 stars: ***Update*** It took a few weeks and a few emails but all my points have been moved to the App. So just be aware that 24 hours may not be long enough. I have amended stars and will amend further after using the app. Not happy...lost all my points. Have tried to contact through help and feedback and have yet to hear from anyone. You should not have deactivated the old app until you were sure the new one works right.
4 stars: Changed the app, seems to work easier. would still be nice if there were the other options for the sodas available at the location. The particular location that is closest to me is hit or miss on if they have the lobby open to pick up the order or if I have to sit in the drive thru to pick it up, which defeats the purpose of ordering through the mobile app.
3 stars: Easy to use, but there is not the option to choose what kid of ice cream you want, so if we need to order anything other than vanilla (chocolate or twist) we have to order that item separately when we get to the store, which is really annoying. Also, after the upgrade there are not as many deals available which is disappointing.
