4 stars: The app needs to get a new update due to thw constant shutdowns of group chats, the signal feedback which makes people have to exit the app and then come back in it again and the accidental jumping to other pages while in a room.on the app. I understand it wants to mimic IG and such but some of these basic upcoming bugs need to be addressed, fixed and resolved
5 stars: Had to remove a star only because it crashes everytime I click on the bell to see my notifications. Also for the past week I have to leave the audio rooms and go back in for people to be able bring me on stage. I love fanbase but these bugs are impacting my user experience in a frustrating way. Update: Added a star back because it is no longer crashing.
3 stars: It takes forever to load. It's also not letting me post any video's. I do want to say that I fully support black owned businesses/apps. However this app just needs a little more fixing, and then it'll be all set! \ud83d\ude04
5 stars: So far I haven't been able to even sign up because it won't allow me to click the button to accept Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy. Clicking the box only opens T's \u0026 C's in a webpage with no clickable links. EDIT: I've got to give props to the Product and Customer Support teams! They responded super quick and got my issue resolved. Happy user AND investor!
