4 stars: I bought a glass back phone case and I am very satisfied and happy about the built quality of the product and also their customer service. The only thing that took that one star from this review is the tracking system of this app. The tracking system is not reliable and also not up to date with the package location. Otherwise the app is awesome and I will continue using it. Great work Myxtur
