4 stars: Thank you for actively working on fixing the issue, looking forward to have them resolved for good! Everything is good except one serious issue: Online booking won't allow client to pay for deposit once they picked their appointment. It would just freeze and not go to PayPal to take payment. We wouldn't know about this until clients called in and try tell us about it. This happened many many times and still have not been fixed yet...
5 stars: I am very happy with Booked IN as my photo session scheduling app. It saves me a lot of time. I adjust it to its free version in periods when I'm less busy and back to the paid version in periods when I'm very busy. I have been using it for several years.
