3 stars: ***Update*** It took a few weeks and a few emails but all my points have been moved to the App. So just be aware that 24 hours may not be long enough. I have amended stars and will amend further after using the app. Not happy...lost all my points. Have tried to contact through help and feedback and have yet to hear from anyone. You should not have deactivated the old app until you were sure the new one works right.
3 stars: After placing items in cart and then trying to change pickup location, it showed and error that some options weren't available and wouldn't save the location. It forced me to go to my cart and remove items/options manually before allowing me to change location. This should be easier / more fluid. Perhaps prompt to remove unavailable items/options automatically?
4 stars: Changed the app, seems to work easier. would still be nice if there were the other options for the sodas available at the location. The particular location that is closest to me is hit or miss on if they have the lobby open to pick up the order or if I have to sit in the drive thru to pick it up, which defeats the purpose of ordering through the mobile app.
