3 stars: I have been using Ozarka/Readyfresh for years and have always been very happy. but revently delivers have been rescheduled sometimes more than once, and my last couple of deliveries have had requests changes that did not end up being included. It is very frustrating and makes me consider a change.
4 stars: I love the spring water and I need the delivery service as a senior citizen. App is user friendly. My only issue is that they discontinued live support. The automated system addresses most issues, but not all.
5 stars: It's good but prices could be cheaper especially when you go through 6-10 Bottles of water and then order other products from the website. I feel other items should be discounted to residential customers paying out a lot on extra product other than water!!! Just saying!
5 stars: app is quite useful, haven't had any issues using it. can go through my account, deliveries, and edit items and scheduled deliveries. shopping around for products to add to upcoming orders is seemless. this app functions well and does what it was created to do.
3 stars: The app itself is great. Im taking off 2 stars due to scheduling. They constantly are delayed in delivering. It usually gets rescheduled multiple times before they actually deliver. Which causes me to have to actually go buy \ud83d\udca7 to suffice until they finally decide to deliver
