4 stars: More parental controls would be great. Other than that, mostly flawless experience. I love the ability to put the network in 2.4 mode temporarily to add smart home products that don't support the 5 GHz network (although it did take me a while to figure out how. It would be great if there was a button in the app for it.)
3 stars: The apps great, very clean and gives some interesting network features. The thing is, a lot of the features don't seem to be working on my pixel 4xl (ad blocking, threat block or even scan). I assume it's just not optimizes for Android 10. I hope you optimize it soon.

3 stars: Generally OK but there are times when options appear (like adding a profile), but then choosing no (implying not now) removes that feature completely. There's no way to get the option again. I find you have to Google to find out features that are only accessible by a website but you don't ever visit or get told there's a website where you can manage your account.
5 stars: Been using Eero pro (3 units) for two years now ( thanks to COVID \u0026 home schooling) , only had to use tech support for set up and a reinstall on a new phone. Both times professional staff , quick , simple and uncomplicated assistance .
