3 stars: Customer service is great. apparently I made an error cancelling the aubscription. They are looking into it. Hope it will be resolved soon because I love the app. So upgrading from 1 star to 3. Hoping to change to 5 soon! :)

5 stars: I brought the year subscription for my 2 granddaughters ages 7 and 10. After some problems to start app is running fine now. Great customer service. I would highly recommend this app
3 stars: The puzzles themselves are fine.. They help check if the children are working through logic problems. but with 2 kids at different levels, cant work out how to switch between them on the same tablet or even their own tablets..
