4 stars: As a tourist, I found this app really useful for finding out when the next bus was arriving, and a lot more accurate than Google Maps which works from the 'official' bus schedule which is not always followed minute by minute. The interface was a bit confusing, and it was hard to tell whether you were looking at the bus stop you were at or the one across the road from you going the other way, but overall a helpful app.
4 stars: Room for improvement, but it's great to grab your phone, tap a few times, and see when the next bus is coming. I would recommend maybe a smoother UI, but that's optional, and possibly a way for drivers to mark if a bus is full so we passengers don't wait for a bus we can't ride
4 stars: App works well, pubblic transport too. Drivers are friendly and helpful. App shows timetable, but not in real time. Anyway, for me was great and easy to plan my 2 trips around the island. Contactless payment would be great, but too often it didn't work (took 7 buses and 3 times it didn't working!)
