4 stars: The service is very good and the support is great. I'll give it 5 stars as soon as they fix the bug (reported to them) where you can't track your bus from the ticket inside the app. I just see a white screen.
5 stars: Zeelo take me to and from work. The drivers are friendly and helpful. I bought the wrong ticket and he let me on Anyways. The customer support team are great. I was recently helped by Jenna. She was very helpful and quick to respond aswell. Also helped me rebook my seat for another day when another company would probably not have changed my seat and I would have lost money. So thank u Jenna
