3 stars: Positive so far, but a few issues. Set the motion zones, but keep getting false notifications. Lowered the sensitivity to its lowest setting, zones are far from the road, but just keep getting alerts of cars driving by. It's annoying. Not sure what else can be done
3 stars: Love the on device storage (no subscription fees for cloud storage). Love the design. Wish it had option to record 5/15/30 seconds ahead. I find that people are often on my steps before it starts recording. Otherwise it works great, even at -30C (although i did have to wipe frost off it once .... But that happens to any video doorbell). Overall im happy with the purchase just needs to be tweeked a bit.
4 stars: The app works well overall. It's quick, fairly intuitive, and has minimal bugs. The bug I'm experiencing right now is when I get a motion alert from my doorbell and I open said alert, and the result is an error instead of it showing the video. I hope eufy keeps updates regular and continues to provide a quality product.
4 stars: Overall good cameras. App fairly easy to use. Easy setup. I have 2 mini cams setup inside my house for when I'm not home. I Turned down the sound \u0026 movement sensitivity after getting frequent notifications of movement \u0026 sound when no one is in the house. This fixed the problem mostly but still get a few false notifications but not as many. This is the reason I didn't give 5 stars.
