5 stars: I am sure this app is fabulous but I don't know how to operate the BT21 snowglobe I bought some time ago. As a non Korean reader, I'm trying to get the help from happy point by sending email on 01 January 2020, however haven't hear from them at all yet.
5 stars: I'm not going to gripe that the app is only in Korean. You're in Korea. Learn the language or use Papago. They shouldn't have to add english for you. It's their country, their language, their app. The problem I ran into is that I can't sign up without a Korean phone number so I can't use the service.
5 stars: Just a tip for people with the BT21 snowglobe, don't pair it with your phone first and pair it in the app! It works fine after that
