4 stars: Edit- the geofencing setting randomly returned and all had been working fine since, so I take it back. 4 stars. Decent functions and no real issues although geolocation sometimes not accurate but that may just be my phone's issue.
4 stars: Took a few minutes to get the doorbell and the chime to connect and now it works great. If you change your SSID you need to reset your doorbell and the chime with the sync button before trying to connect to the new network.
3 stars: Not happy with it disconnecting constantly even though I have solid internet and the fastest available...the actual cameras and solar panels also leave room for more desirable dependability...especially the solar panels..they're terrible in cold weather
4 stars: Camera live streams lag on start up, and some areas of the app in regard to the devices should allow touch/tap to access the device I.e.: tapping the camera name plate should open device details/info.
4 stars: Had the Arlo for a few months and no issues. Set up was easy and relatively quick. Picture and sound are good quality.
5 stars: This is a really great security system! Arlo was recommended by an officer at our local police department that specializes in home safety. We have been very happy with service so far!
