4 stars: Good to quickly link into certain areas of work. Some things are limited, but useful overall.
4 stars: EDIT: so far the recent update has finally fixed the problem of constant crashing and errors. Will update again if it is still working great in a few weeks or if it starts crashing again. Thanks for the update! Old review: crashes all the time. Says no connection when I clearly have a connection.
4 stars: Lags at times when searching for customers. You have to type the customer then hit search. Before it used to populate your most popular searches and you could click. Also, lags on uploading pics and says no internet when I have full bar.
3 stars: Good App.. although I cannot process quotes tonthe next step. the previous Salesforce app I was able to process all quotes and opportunities. maybe there is a fix for that ?
3 stars: I use Salesforce for work, the browser version works great and i highly recommend Salesforce as a work management service. THIS APP DOES NOT WORK ON ANDROID DEVICES. The app eats up all of the processing power on my phone and won't load accounts properly.
5 stars: Connects with Hoovers seamlessly which is a critical feature. Very helpful support line. Sometimes they get stuck on my out of the box questions.
3 stars: overall okay and I understand the scope of the platform, but the inability to sync my outlook calendar and contact wastes a lot of my time duplicating these items
