3 stars: Book loading is really slow. I am using galaxy note 10+ and having high speed internet, so I dont think the issue stays in my phone performace. At 1st glance, there are some interested books, but not so many. Even thought to pay money for a VIP account, but canceled it in the end due to really slow book loading.
3 stars: I purchase the membership every quarter. Recently I can hardly access books that I read under my paid membership. So my question is why charging the customer for the membership, and they can do nothing with it due to being blocked. Reputation is very important, please be honest with the price and the service you provide the customers.
3 stars: When I read a book, I observed that sometimes the next pages of the chapter suddendly disappeared and turned to next chapter. This issue repeated over and over and quite frustrating. However I still enjoy reading books in this app.

4 stars: I downloaded the app and bought the VIP 12 months subscription to read a book of an author called Mao Mao Ru. However, I couldn't find the full book. They only have 30 chapters while the book has over 1900 chapters. Disappointed! I just want my money back.
