4 stars: Easy for make an appointment. But the payment method only by credit card, it should have more payment method like online banking or etc
3 stars: Overall ok. Can we re schedule the date if there are sudden changes that we couldn't make it on the initial date booked ?

3 stars: Yesterday booked an appointment for car inspection, tukar milik, online payment done. My appointment date is Monday 27th September,12noon. Today the apps cannot open, told to update but its not working. HOW AM I GOING TO SHOW THE OFFICER on Monday when I am going for inspection???
3 stars: Good apps to book an appointment. But need more enhancement in terms of money return. They said we can use back the money from the appointment that we cancelled before for next appointment. But end up we need to pay another deposit to book because the money refund will take times to get back.
