5 stars: so quick (usually), and unlike supermarket delivery you get what you order. they don't deliver one thing you wanted, two things with a slight resemblance to something you chose, and leave out entirely the one thing that drove you to order delivery to begin with. Getir actually does what it claims to do. It does it well. it does it cheaply. And there are promotions, from which you can choose. 5 stars.
3 stars: Prices are higher as you would expect but ok selection of basics and more. Delivery times are a joke though, it won't tell you until checkout that it's actually going to be 45+ minutes, not 12. Which, given the quickness of delivery is a big sell point, isn't really good enough.
5 stars: I've been ordering from here for a while and never had a bad experience. Always get exactly what I ordered, delivery is always early/on time. And delivery drivers are always polite and friendly.
4 stars: The app is great, just don't order the toilet paper \ud83d\ude02 I tried ordering the toilet paper plus 4-5 other small things, and I couldn't place the order bcs the notification kept popping up - the order is too heavy for our riders, throw some things out. Idk, Getir team, maybe remove the toilet paper from the offer then \ud83e\udd37\ud83c\udffb\u200d\u2640\ufe0f\ud83d\ude02
