5 stars: Very easy to follow with excellent videos. I can feel the results. I like that I can do this workout anywhere. Excellent value.

3 stars: The app functions alright but sometimes crashes or doesn't register what you're pressing on. Takes forever to save nutrition, and then when you think it has it doesn't.
3 stars: Great concept. Its very laggy during a workout though. There's always a 2-3 second delay when pressing buttons/options/logging in set, reps, etc... Doesn't save my meals
4 stars: Has trouble loading with random freezes. Doesn't always save data entered even after save was hit. The good part of the app is the workout videos are easy to use.
5 stars: I love the app , it's like your personal training book. In one click you can contact the coach. Also you are able the see your progress and review your files
3 stars: Chat messages aren't appearing in order....sometimes I respond and the messages shows up higher in the text. My workouts appear out of order. I am seeing someone else's workout plan within my workout plan.
5 stars: This workout app is so dynamic and intuitive! I especially love the flexibility of adjusting your fields and also having them pre-set by the trainer \ud83d\udd25 super motivating!
