5 stars: Total Wireless is the very best phone service anyone has to offer. I've been with Total Wireless for many years and I love the service! The service plan prices are very fair. I've never lost cellular reception anywhere I've been and that's the best part! Also, the Total Wireless Rewards Program is AWESOME!!! 5 Stars for me \ud83d\udc4d
4 stars: I have used this carrier for over 3years. I've never had a serious complaint with the service. The service is affordable, reliable, it's a real bargain.
3 stars: After last update the rewards page will not show. Getting a white page then a unavailable error message. Even with updates this app i has always been inaccurate and glitchy. Loosing rewards points daily if the rewards page does not work. Feb had a spin and scratch off i do daily. Going to loose a week of that.
3 stars: I've had this service for quite somtime now . It's ok but the complaints that the service is slow is correct. It wasn't always like this. I'm just keeping it until I can find something better.
4 stars: Suddenly can't login. Every time I try it says login failed. It was working fine but now it's useless. Revised : the app has worked for a week now and seems to be fine. Overall it's a good app. You still have to go to the website for some things but the app is good and convenient for basic things.
5 stars: Great app I could always login but recently the my rewards doesn't work in the app but I could still get my points on the web
