3 stars: Good app but when searching using speech to text on a galaxy S20, it pops up for speech and then closes so it can't input anything said. I shop a lot and this would be a 5 star experience if that could be fixed. Really slows down searching if I need to search items by name instead of barcode.

5 stars: Jim at Inventory Lab provided the best customer service I've ever had!!! No matter what problems you have with it, it's almost always able to be fixed. And most likely operator error. Lol. But once you learn how to use this App it is a game changer.

5 stars: if you subscribe to inventory lab because you take your business seriously this is an app that will help you seriously source for items. With the new changes to Keepa I hope they figure out a way for seamless integration of a paid keepa subscription. Keep up the good work loving the software
