So far, I quite enjoy the app and look forward to continuing to use it as a tool in my efforts at self-improvement and managing my anxiety and depression. I appreciate that packages are available to help address these and other issues of mental health and wellbeing.

4 stars: Downgrade rating due to fact when I switch to the iPhone from android my subscription does not transfer, it's gone. Should be able to cancel and have remaining subscription account returned. love this program; I love that it is in the first person. It gives me ownership of the narrative that I am reinforcing. It is meditative and assuring.
