4 stars: The app is really convenient to load money onto so I don't have to worry about getting change to do laundry. The rewards marketplace (laundry credits for playing games) description needs to include that it's for US customers only. Completed a reward, only to find out that I was rewarded credits in the US wallet, which I can't use in Canada. I'm not going to go to the states to do laundry.
5 stars: I love using this app to do my laundry. I don't need to get change for the machines. And I know when the wash or dryer cycles are finished just by looking at the app. No more standing in the laundry room waiting for the machine to finish. Customer support is great! They are responsive and extremely helpful!
5 stars: Really pleased with this app. Only downloaded it at first because the machine wouldn't take my card, but after the machine itself didnt dispense a $35 item, i requested a refund from payrange and was credited within about 30 minutes. Pretty impressed with the service and ease of use of the app.
