5 stars: This app does what its meant to do very well. But the service on the other hand, mitsubishi and their customer service and centers i mean, are just awesome! I got a call \u0026 whatsapp before and after service, a service record instantly appears in the app... its complete!
3 stars: Apps is good, but no every branch will take care on the service appointment here. As i made appointment 1 week ago, end up the service center (Premium Century Seremban) can call me 1 day before the appointment date \u0026 ask me to change date due to appointment is full.
5 stars: I'm unable to log in. The apps always send notification to check my internet connection. It doesn't matter if I used mobile internet or home wifi. It's still the same. Unable to connect.
4 stars: Easy booking for service but need to improve the apps for more fun/interactive features like personal profile picture, forum with other users, car handling/setting/troubleshooting tips, info on what's make the warranty void etc.
