4 stars: I do like the app. It does everything it says. Although it seems to have a lag time, sometimes it gives me a warning about my son's text but I can't see it right away. I would like to monitor his social networking better, especially snap chat and Instagram, where I can see what pictures they are exchanging. Concerned mother of a teen aged boy.
5 stars: Updated and now it's working great! Thank you for your continued improvement. That app had/could prevente pregnancy, suicide and host of other things. I really appreciate you all and of the hard work. It definitely comes from a caring place and makes a huge difference. I suggest it to all parents.
4 stars: I have only used it a couple of days and so far has been working really well. I sent an email over this morning and hoping to resolve my issues. I accidentally deleted my child's device and can't get it back. But so far pretty great.
5 stars: These guys are actually committed to child safety! Had some trouble with the app, but the product manager followed up personally, asked for detailed descriptions and fixed all the problems. Excellent experience.
