3 stars: I've been recieving messages that the PostNord app is being retired for Norwegian users on 12/31/2021 and being replaced by a new app called mypostnord. Fine by me. What's NOT fine by me is that when im directed to the new app in the Google play store I'm told it's not available in my region... I live in the capital of Norway. Not sure what's going on, but the transition is obviously not smooth.
5 stars: Works quite well. Easy to use, simple overview of parcels and information immediately when there are updates to the information about the parcel.
3 stars: Signing with BankID hasn't worked for months - the option is almost never available. I really liked the easy access and not having to bring my wallet or ID. Is it just me?
5 stars: Have had no problems with delivery and the user experience is really intuitive. Great app, well designed.
5 stars: It's a good app. Dealing with couriers is never perfect but this app is well above average for the industry.
