4 stars: Overall, this app has saved our small company a lot of time thru streamlining communications between sales, production and shipping. It has been a bit 'buggy' at times. The company's support system is fair to good. The online chat support had proven to be good help when the chat is available.
3 stars: Over all a good app. There are some bugs, the number of new orders are not accurate. Sometimes shows accurate numbers for the day of but when you expand time to last seven days it shows 0 orders.
4 stars: Fixed issues quickly. Will give 5 stars when shipment splitting is implemented in mobile. As there are no possibilities to automate split shipments, we at least need the capability on mobile to reduce number of times we have to sit down at a computer to split a shipment manually.
5 stars: Pretty easy to use and helpful with connecting online stores and orders all in one place.
