3 stars: Horrible useless unreliable doorbell, installed and hardwired correctly stops working a couple of days later. Black screen no live view no support. My wifi speed is great as per the test included in the app. Just complete trash and useless. Will be installing the original doorbell again.
4 stars: Love the ease of use, clear picture only issue I have and it's across on all my cameras in the listen and talk option is not at all very clear. I have a hard time understanding what is being said and when I respond from inside they either can't hear me or understand what I'm say.
3 stars: Meh \ud83d\ude29 It worked okay at first, then with updates over the year it functions worse and worse. Now it doesn't do its job in alerting us when the bell rings, nor does it launch the live view.
5 stars: Yesterday it was worst. Couldn't create any account, or add devices. But Ring was aware of it, and status was posted online about the service interruption. But today, it worked like a charm. I was able to create account, and add all devices. It's truly great. I recommend it.
5 stars: No issues with the app, it sometimes lags out but that is probably on my end and I can always check back on something if needed. Doorbell is a must as I have mobility issues. Now I can ask the mailman to just drop the package or wait a minute if it needs a signature. Also using with this app with some stick up cams. Leaving a review again because the app won't stop asking... Only complaint ...
