3 stars: I've been a loyal user in the app for the last two years, but recently I am encountering more and more problems. If you plan to use the app, then be aware that 1 in every 4 or 5 orders will have something wrong with it. Technical support would either give you a small discount or nothing at all. Usually the discount would not cover the inconvenience of a partially delivered order or extremely long delivery time.
