It was driving me mad having to switch from my personal account to my business account and back again on the app. I could never remember how to do it and would end up with saved business items in my personal account basket and vice versa! 4 stars: Ignore the muggles, some people just want to complain. This is a secondary app to allow you to separate business accounts and personal accounts. Better for you the owner or adding additional employees Works the same, looks the same, keeps them separate

5 stars: Not sure why the negative reviews. I logged in with my business account email address and it logged me straight in. It's easier to switch between apps than switch between profiles in the main Amazon app so I'm happy.
