5 stars: My sister took the GPS home with her so I can see and test the range. She lives 180 kilometers away and I was able to track her entire way home. Even when she stops at red lights.

4 stars: Great as an activity tracker on day to day. Sync can be a little glitchy thats why i m giving it 4 stars not 5. Also our first tractive died after about 10 months. Just stopped working one day. I sent the help center a message hoping for some trouble shooting advice...never received a reply Too bad. Had to replace asap

I can access all the information about my tracker and subscription from the app. I can track my cat in real time, literally see him on the map, I've found him using the app so so so many times. I love it I've also submitted requests through the app itself and they responded promptly through email. I legit love tractive.
