4 stars: Alltogether good app. Often shows wrong train direction while choosing seat in the train. I prefer not to seat backwards while traveling and happened to me that both times the train direction in the app was wrong while I choose my seat number!

3 stars: Pretty annoying that it sometimes locks your tickets so that you have turn off and restart the app. Also there is not always clear information about ombokningar and how they work when you have tickets from other companies, apparently there is information in the terms of service but there should probably be a reminder to avboka if it's another company and you can't use the same credits and need to avboka to get your credits back.
