4 stars: I love to use hangouts but I wish to be able to to customize the chat like changing the the type colour speech bubbles and give and be able to make a little background And to delete the messages
4 stars: Although hangouts is okay I find a lot of people on hangouts are over one thing and it's money although it is a good place to chat and hang out with a very special person
