5 stars: Lets me communicate with players and friends. Only have two friends on PC at the moment, but its nice to be able to answer questions or ask questions when I'm on or off game time. Havnt had any issues yet

4 stars: It's a good app..when it doesn't have connection issues. It worked the whole time until I couldn't connect to it after I put in my email and password. My internet and log in info both works, so blizzard might want to look into that. Otherwise the app is great when works.
3 stars: Found out a way to enter at last. I spammed the retry and managed to press the login fast. And now I'm in and won't ever log out. It's a great app when you're actually in, besides the endless ooops.... Message glitch. So i give it 3. For now.
3 stars: i find the app pretty good at being able to contact bnet friends. One big problem i noticed is that messages i read on one client appear unchecked as read on the other. So when im texting and recieving on the pc client, I'm racking up unread notifs on my phone.
