4 stars: I believe I've come late to this app party as it seems more polished now than I imagine it has ever been before. It's a nice sleek modern interface for the car, my only complaint is how slow the backend data and even the app takes to do things. For example my phone screen times out waiting for the app to open.
4 stars: Total rubbish. Have reported same problem to We Connect support 3 times in past 5 weeks. No updates, just a couple of automated messages to say its in hand. Not been able to do ID process since start \u0026 now I can't even log in. Nobody gets back to me. I got this as part of new car. I wlll not be paying for this \
3 stars: Usually works ok, but it tends to require me to re-login quite frequently, which is a pain as it is enabled to accept my biometrics. Also it seems to loose connection with my car for hours on end. I'm looking forward to these bugs being resolved.
3 stars: Gives ok information but the scheduling of the auxiliary heater can't be set to start on weekdays only which is bad. At least I can't in my app and I own a Tiguan Allspace diesel. I have seen friends who own GTE and there it works fine. I want to be able to schedule Monday to Friday for example. Or be able to chose which days. Now it can only be all week or single days. Also it is very very very slow.
