4 stars: I had a really good experience setting up the Bissell spinwave the only thing I can think of the make it better is if it had a better way of making it back to the docking station instead of wandering around until it runs out of battery
4 stars: UPDATE - The Bissell team contacted me within a couple days and spent 30 min on the phone with me to correct all of the issues. the App is now working great. Great service/response. Cannot create an account. No matter what county is selected the message \
3 stars: Helpful, but not for everyday use. I really like their products and the little green clean machine. I really need one. However, the price fluctuates so much, I can never get it when the price is low.

4 stars: The user interface is great and user-friendly, as well as how easy it is to connect to everything. However, whenever I had to connect my device to the SpinWave Robot, it stopped my wifi connection to my personal router and didn't let me connect to the robot.
